We had a mold problem in our garage due to an unknown disconnected HVAC duct in the ceiling causing moisture. I suffered with a chronic cough for almost a year, not knowing we had a mold problem in the garage ceiling located under our bedroom. All damage was removed, treated, and repaired. The initial air test after remediation was still showing mold spores in the bedroom. The second test several weeks later shows no mold. We had a slow leak over a period of years that ended up doing a lot of damage. Dominick De Fendis described the services available and they got to work very quickly.
